Shipping and Delivery

Mhezan Technologies FZE (from here on referred to as ‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’) understands that getting your items on-time is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible, and provide our customers with the lowest flat shipping rates available. Everything you need to know about shipping is right here. All days referenced are working days (Monday - Friday). Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Order above AED 250 - FREE!

Order below AED 250 - AED 15 for Northern Emirates, AED 17 for Abu Dhabi

Delivery time: 1-2 days (For orders placed before 2 PM, next-day delivery is available.)

 

*For heavier weights or large package sizes, please contact us as additional fees may apply. Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside the city limits of: Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain. Should any additional charges apply to your order, a member of our team will get in touch with and let you know before your order is dispatched. ID REQUIREMENT UPON DELIVERY

To ensure that your products are delivered with certainty, we may request, during delivering process, that you provide us a copy/picture of your valid ID to verify your identity.

If we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide, we have the right to refuse delivery and cancel the order.
